By using or signing up to Mafaz you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully: they explain what we do and don't do, and what each party is responsible for.

  1. 1. What Mafaz is

    • Mafaz is a listings platform that connects people who want to transfer a car lease-finance contract with people who want to take it over, showing the cost as the advertiser states it.
    • Mafaz is not a lender or a financial intermediary: we don't assess income, provide financing, receive any payments, or verify the finance details advertisers enter. The transfer and its approval happen with the finance company only.

  2. 2. Your account

    • You sign up with a Saudi mobile number and a verification code. You must be 18 or older and enter accurate information.
    • You're responsible for everything done from your account, so never share your code. You can delete your account at any time from My account.

  3. 3. Posting listings

    • You must be the contract holder or authorized by them. You're responsible for the accuracy of the figures, description and photos, and for updating them if they change.
    • The estimated total is calculated only from the figures you enter and is not a binding quote. Final fees and terms are set by the finance company.
    • A listing stays up for 60 days and can be renewed. Mafaz may suspend or remove any listing that breaks these terms or is reported, and records the reason.

  4. 4. Not allowed

    • Misleading information, or listing a car you have no right to transfer.
    • Asking for any deposit or advance payment outside the finance company's process, or any form of fraud.
    • Abuse, harassment, or content that breaks the law or public decency.
    • Collecting users' data or using the site in an automated way that harms the service.

  5. 5. Contacting other users

    • Contact happens through site messages. Your phone number is never shown unless you choose to share it in a conversation.
    • Don't transfer any money before verifying the contract and the transfer directly with the finance company. You can report any conversation or block any user.

  6. 6. Reports and enforcement

    • We review reports and may suspend a listing or an account that breaks these terms. We record the reason for every action.

  7. 7. Limitation of liability

    • Mafaz is not a party to any agreement between users and doesn't guarantee what advertisers post or that a transfer will complete. Any agreement you make is at your own risk, after checking with the finance company.
    • We work to keep the service running, but can't guarantee it will be free of interruptions.

  8. 8. Content you upload

    • Your photos and text remain yours. You allow Mafaz to display them on the site and share the listing link while the listing is up.

  9. 9. Changes and governing law

    • We may update these terms and show the last-updated date at the top. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.
    • These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
