Privacy Policy

Last updated: 04/10/2026

We respect your privacy and follow Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law. This page explains what we collect, why, who sees it, and your rights.

  1. 1. What we collect

    • Your mobile number: only to sign you in with a verification code.
    • The display name you choose.
    • Your listings and photos, your messages with other users, reports and blocks, saved and liked listings.
    • Your messages with support and your rating of it.
    • Usage data: a random device identifier stored in your browser, the listings you view, your searches, and technical errors (page and browser type). We use these for aggregate statistics and fixing problems.

  2. 2. Why we use it

    • To run your account, show your listings and deliver your messages.
    • To protect users, prevent fraud and handle reports.
    • To improve the site using aggregate numbers that don't identify you.
    • To answer you when you contact support.

  3. 3. What others see

    • Visitors see your listing and your display name only.
    • Your phone number is never shown, except to someone you choose to share it with in a conversation.

  4. 4. Who we share it with

    • We don't sell your data, show third-party ads, or use advertising trackers.
    • We use service providers to run the site: hosting and database, and sending verification-code messages. They use your data only to provide that service to us.
    • We may disclose data when lawfully required by a competent authority.

  5. 5. Where it's stored

    • Your data may be stored by our hosting providers on servers outside Saudi Arabia, with appropriate safeguards and as the law permits.

  6. 6. How long we keep it

    • We keep your data while your account exists. Technical error logs are deleted after 30 days.
    • When you delete your account we delete it and the data linked to it, except what the law requires us to keep.

  7. 7. Your rights

    • To know how we use your data, request a copy, correct it, and ask for it to be deleted.
    • You can edit your name and delete your account from My account; for anything else, message support.

  8. 8. Storage in your browser

    • We store your sign-in session and the random device identifier mentioned above in your browser. We don't use advertising cookies.

  9. 9. Changes

    • We may update this policy and show the last-updated date at the top.
